The calculations are pretty basic, but the concept of transformation is something I've worked on for many years and it's part of my success. The transformation can only be received as part of my On-site/Online PT training.

Transformation:
The transformation technique changes the shape of your body very quickly. It is very demanding and requires total discipline. But if you have it, the results are spectacular and rewarding. Fatburning:
The fatburning plan is very effective. It comes with a regular and a more advanced option, and is carefully planned as it requires skills to get rid of body fat in a healthy and effective way without much cardiovascular exercise and without jeopardizing your muscles. Muscle development:

Hello, my name is Mathias, also known as Don Mathias. I am originally from Sweden, hold US citizenship and spend most of my time running my business in Miami, FL.
I kick-started my journey in fitness by taking my first personal trainer license at the Personal Trainer School in Stockholm back in 1996.
I expanded my expertise and returned to the Personal Training School for a second degree the following year. In the same year, I trained at Axelsson's GI Institute to become a massage therapist, driven by my passion to deepen my understanding of anatomy and physiology.
In my free time, I am an avid listener of audiobooks, especially focused on personal development and various philosophies. My obsession with health and wellness has led me to focus on helping individuals live their best lives by bridging the gap through coaching, health and guidance.
I've had my own health problems over the years and it's been hard to understand them because we humans are pretty stupid at heart. We all go through the same journey in terms of school, work, philosophy of life without really thinking about what we are actually doing. Health is not something obvious, something we learn about in school and is not something that is prioritized in society. You take medicine instead of finding the cause of the problems, so we will never get well. Once we get into trouble and the body tells us off, it's impossible to understand why and there's no one to turn to because no one knows.
But I am extremely grateful for my problems because without them I would not be the person I am now. It took 8 years to get well again and understand what had happened. Functional Medicine is the genre and doctrine of finding the root cause instead of just suppressing symptoms.
Sweden is extremely far behind other countries such as the USA and Finland, e.g. As for all this, I had to find help outside Sweden's borders.
There is a quote from an old American president that was probably written down in the 50's that says something like this: *In the future doctors will focus on finding the root problem of why we are sick instead of just treating the symptoms*. If you look at society now, you realize that still nothing has happened, and nothing will happen. We are supposed to be sick, it is good for society, but the sad thing is that there is no one who can help us live our best lives except people like me who have been through this journey, spent all the money and are willing to spread and learn out. That's where I come in.
I have been honing my training methods for as long as I can remember, and have a style that sets me apart from other trainers. Among my proudest achievements is the development of "Total Body Transformation", a technique that allows building muscle while burning fat optimally without any specific fat burning training.
My clientele is not just about numbers - I'm looking for people who share similar training ambitions. My coaching methodology mixes traditional bodybuilding principles with the latest scientific advances. I prioritize balanced body development and symmetry, because physically a body never looks better than its symmetry
