My name is Mathias, aka Don Mathias. I am originally from Sweden but have an American citizenship as well. I spend most of my time in Puerto Rico, in the San Juan area where I have my On-site business.
I took my first personal trainer license at Personal Trainer School in Stockholm, Sweden 1996 and I am holding an IFBB Certificate (International Federation of Body Building).
After receiving my first PT license, I later on attended Personal Training School again to receive my second degree. That same year I also attended Axelssons GI Institute to train to be a massage therapist, because I wanted to broaden my knowledge within the subjects anatomy and physiology.
The spare time is often used to listening to audiobooks, especially about ‘personal development’ and to different kinds of gurus. I have been obsessed about health and wellbeing for a very long time since I know that people are not living their best life and that it is in every human beings right to do so, but apparently the knowledge is not there and it is there I intend to fill the gap to coach people in every possible way.
I have trained people for as long as I can remember and my style is a bit different than other trainers and I have designed my own strategies along all these years. The one I am most proud of is called Total Body Transformation, a technique 100% developed by me, and is one of many techniques that puts me in a special cathegory of trainers.
I do not just work with anyone, I love training people with the same goals as I have. My training and coaching revolves around old school bodybuilding principles incorporated with new science. Focus is on balancing the body, getting the symmetry is a top priority. A physical body never looks better than its symmetry.
